Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026. Mycelium Markets, Inc. ("we") runs Grand Old Gear, its sister store, and the National Scoreboard. This policy explains what we collect on these sites and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order, we receive your name, shipping address, email, phone number, the items you bought, and the order total. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. When you browse, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time, which we use for security and troubleshooting. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage and isn't sent to us until you check out. Product images load from Printify's servers, which see standard request data too. We don't use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To take payment, make and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. Each order's total and item count, with nothing that identifies you, is added to the public scoreboard.
Your political leaning
Our stores are organized by political party, so an order can reveal which side you lean toward. We treat order details as confidential. The scoreboard shows only combined totals for each side (dollars, items, and orders), never names, locations, or individual orders. We don't build political profiles from orders, and we don't share customer information with any campaign, candidate, party, or PAC.
Who we share it with
Stripe, to process payment. Printify, its print partners, and shipping carriers, which receive your name, address, email, and phone number to make and deliver your order. Cloudflare, which hosts our sites and database. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
Our fulfillment system deletes your shipping details (name, address, email, phone) as soon as your order is sent to Printify. If an order fails and has to be retried, we keep those details for up to 90 days. Stripe and Printify keep their own records of your order under their policies, and we keep payment and order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sales totals on the scoreboard are kept indefinitely and contain no personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, so we don't change anything in response to Do Not Track signals.
Children
These sites aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
