Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Every item is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges and don't give refunds for a change of mind, size, or color. Please check the product details before you order.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package never arrived, email [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement if it's lost.

Orders we can't fulfill

If we cancel your order or can't ship it (see Shipping), you get a full refund to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law.
